How can I promote my articles and resources on web? This was the first question I asked myself one month ago, when I started my blog. In this moment it’s an hard thing to give a precise answer.
I think there are several different ways to spread good posts, but a constant presence with original and quality stuff is essential. However this is not enough, in fact we should understand the appropriate equipment to advertise our site contents. Well, how?
I have identified three ways to spread my articles using the actual web resources and websites. There are many places that allow link submission and they are divided in Articles Aggregator, Social Network and Bookmarking, User Link Feed. A correct use of these websites could bring more visitors.
Articles Aggregator websites are very useful because all articles featured on these sites are selcted to provide high-quality ware in a specific field, such as web design. For this reason this kind of site has a lot of traffic that you can converge on your blog or magazine. The key is to write convincing title because website visitors tend to quickly scan pages.
Social Network and Bookmarking may have a considerable impact on your on-line work to create your own “professional” network and to advertise your activities.
User Link Feed of the most followed on-line magazines is a unique way to promote your best articles and to catch the attention of a large audience.
In my opinion, using these resources, you can quickly and easily promote your good stuff.

A Social Network site like Facebook (or microblogging like Twitter) can be used to meet awesome and helpful people, and so to share with them your works. Also generic Social Bookmarking services like Delicious and Digg allow a great visibility, but you need patience to filter your contacts (friends) and bookmarks.
