The third PSD Template distributed by PV.M Garage has as a subject magazine on-line sports .
There are classical elements of grunge style in the design, but overall the web-site template is fairly “clean.
In the header we have some graphical stuff like paper sheet and clips near the logo. The news are shown in two segments: Featured News and Last News. There is a large sidebar for addictional contents.

Header, Top-Menù e Login Box

In the highest part of the layout we found a simple menu that has as background a paper sheet. In the header we have the logo and a space on the right for a slogan.
In the header’s bottom there is a login-box.

Featured News

Every good magazine has some articles to highlight, so we create this box for featured news. This segment is perfect to implement a great jQuery effect (slide, carousel, etc…) to show the posts.

Last News

Here we can read the news in chronological order with a usual blog-design. Take a look at the image to consider the high readability of the post.

Sidebar

Let’s consider the sidebar. It has the same background and 1 pixel borde of the login-box. In this segment we might put sponsors, links etc…

Footer and Web Design Trend

The footer design follow the line adopted in the header with a paper sheet in background.
In this web design I love the header’s grunge stuff and the out-of-the-box layouts for the sidebar title.
